Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: We will usually ship your order within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment (saturday, sunday and public holiday are excluded).

Q: When will i get my refund after returning the item?
A: We will issue the refund as soon as the warehouse received and finished inspection, usually within 2 business days. Thank you for your patience.

Q: What’s the return policy?
A: We will gladly accept the return of your purchased items for a full refund if the return is made within 30 days of the purchase date and the items have not been damaged or installed. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving shipment for approval of any return.
